Jabsi S.N. Matloa (nee Maseko)

I am Jabsi Matloa, the Founder and Managing Director of Inhloso Defined (Pty) Ltd, established in 2017, a purpose-led consulting and coaching practice grounded in clarity, consciousness, compassion and an unwavering commitment to unlocking human potential. With more than twenty years of experience across business management consulting, programme and project management, organisational development, enterprise and supplier development, and youth empowerment, my work lives at the intersection of strategy, systems, humanity and purpose. I bring a way of working where thinking feels, feeling knows, and purpose leads.

My career has taken me through organisations such as Accenture, Barclays (Absa), Fluid Business Solutions, MTN Foundation, Hollard Group and Hekima Counsel. These experiences have enabled me to contribute to both public and private sector environments, delivering work across industries including financial services, technology, energy, arts and culture, agriculture and social development. Over the years, I have built capability in designing and implementing operating models, business frameworks and programmes that help organisations work with alignment, clarity and ease. Much of my work centres on bringing structure to complexity and enabling teams to move with intention.

Through Inhloso Defined, I focus on business enablement, programme and project management, PMO support, and operating model and process design, alongside personal and business coaching grounded in Professional Consciousness Coaching®. I have coached individuals, entrepreneurs, emerging leaders and school principals, creating spaces where insight, clarity and courage can emerge.

Youth development has been a meaningful thread in my journey. I have mentored young women through programmes such as Phakama Women’s Academy, supported start-up and small businesses through the DigiBiz Digital Transformation Programme, and contributed to leadership development in underserved communities through coaching school principals from Orange Farm. My early work at CREATE SA and the MTN Foundation strengthened my understanding of learning pathways and social impact, shaping how I design youth-centred programmes.

My approach to leadership development was deepened at Accenture through co-managing the Future Leaders Programme, strengthening my commitment to supporting young professionals as they step into their potential.

Today, my work continues to combine coaching, organisational development, enterprise development and social value in a way that enables people and organisations to move with clarity. I am expanding my practice through ongoing Psychology studies at the University of the Witwatersrand, enriching my ability to integrate evidence-based approaches with conscious, purpose-led development.

At the heart of everything I do is a simple intention: to help people and organisations create clarity, strengthen capability and move in harmony with who they are and what they are here to do. When mind, heart and gut come together, transformation becomes natural.
