Jabsi Matloa

I am the Founder and Managing Director of Inhloso Defined (Pty) Ltd, a purpose-led consulting and coaching practice established in 2017. My work sits at the intersection of strategy, systems, humanity and purpose, supporting individuals and organisations to move with clarity, alignment and intention.

With over twenty years’ experience across management consulting, programme and project management, organisational development, enterprise development and youth empowerment, I bring a grounded, integrative approach to complex challenges. I specialise in bringing structure to complexity and enabling teams to work with greater coherence and efficiency.

My career spans organisations including Accenture, Barclays (Absa), MTN Foundation, Hollard Group, Fluid Business Solutions and Hekima Counsel, across both public and private sectors. I have delivered work across financial services, technology, energy, agriculture, arts and culture, and social development, designing operating models, frameworks and programmes that translate strategy into disciplined execution.

Through Inhloso Defined, I offer business enablement, operating model and process design, programme and project management, PMO support, and Professional Consciousness Coaching®. I work with executives, entrepreneurs, emerging leaders and individuals, creating spaces where insight becomes meaningful action.

Youth and leadership development remain central to my practice. I have mentored young women, supported SMMEs, and coached school principals in underserved communities. I am currently advancing my practice through Psychology studies at the University of the Witwatersrand.
