Listening to the Unseen

Not all guidance arrives in words. Some wisdom is felt before it is understood.

In many indigenous traditions, knowing comes through sensation, rhythm and silence. The quiet of early morning. The unease in the body. The pause that asks you to stop. These are not distractions, they are signals.

When we learn to trust this quieter intelligence, we begin to respond rather than react. We stop rushing and start aligning. Often, what we cannot yet explain already knows the way forward.
