Alignment, is when head, heart, gut and spirit meet. It is seldom loud. It does not rush or demand attention. It is often felt as a subtle easing, a sense that things are finally moving in the same direction.
Purpose is rarely something we find outside ourselves. It is something we return to. Indigenous wisdom reminds us that purpose is remembered through relationship, rhythm and listening. Each challenge, pause and moment of uncertainty invites us back to who we are becoming.
Purpose shifts as we grow. It deepens as we learn to listen more carefully. In every season of life, it asks the same gentle question: Can you move with intention, rather than force?
